Blind Spy mode
Blind Spy is the chaos mode. The spy receives a wrong word and sees an ordinary civilian card, so even the spy thinks they are in the majority. The first person to say something that does not fit is as confused as everyone else.
Civilians see
The secret word and its category.
The spy sees
A different word from the same pack, dressed as a normal civilian card. They do not know they are the spy.
When to pick it
Groups who have played Classic and Two Words, and who value laughs over careful deduction.
Tips for bluffing and catching
- Never accuse in the first minute. Wait until someone gives an answer that clashes.
- If an answer from another player does not match yours, doubt your own card too.
- Keep answers short. A long answer from the spy is the quickest way to expose the wrong word.
- Expect a lot of mutual accusations and agree to vote calmly at the end.

Can a spy win in Blind Spy?
Yes, by slipping through the final vote unnoticed, just like in the other modes.
How many players does it need?
At least three, like every mode. It works best with five or more, so that a wrong answer does not point straight at one person.
Does it work in picture mode?
Picture rounds use the picture for civilians and the theme for the spy, so the word modes do not apply there.
